Deliveries

• All items will be delivered via 

• After placing the order, a confirmation email will be sent. You will receive another notification once your order is out for delivery.

• You must provide complete and accurate information when filling your shipping address.

• The driver might contact you for additional details or to coordinate delivery times.

• Once your order is dispatched, estimated arrival date is 2 to 5 working days for local deliveries and 7 to 10 working days depending on your zone. 

Returns 

• Any unworn item can be returned within 5 days from its delivery date.

• Any item you wish to exchange or refund must be in its initial condition.

• You can email us at onlineatrois@gmail.com or dm us with your order number & the item(s) you would like to refund or exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to a delivery fee; however, you may exchange your item(s) in person at our warehouse at no additional cost.

• You may opt to retain the amount as store credit until you select an alternative item, or request a full refund.
